Our purchasing and forecasting team work with our global suppliers to achieve the very best deals for SPS, our customers and end-users.  In order to achieve this, we look at four key elements of our supplier partner relationships:

Customer satisfaction is a continuous objective. In order to work towards this, we demand reliability and flexibility from our suppliers in terms of production processes and specifications.

We want to provide the very best value for our customers, therefore we regularly review supply costs as part of our cost-reduction programmes.

We work with suppliers who are leaders in their field, bringing experience, reliability, creativity, value and innovation in their product designs and processes.
