We rigorously monitor the quality of supplied products and services to ensure that the support and enhance the SPS reputation and that of our customers.

Customer satisfaction is a continuous objective. In order to work towards this, we demand reliability and flexibility from our suppliers in terms of production processes and specifications.

We want to provide the very best value for our customers, therefore we regularly review supply costs as part of our cost-reduction programmes.

Innovation

We work with suppliers who are leaders in their field, bringing experience, reliability, creativity, value and innovation in their product designs and processes.
