Free samples
To help you win your customers' order, we offer free of charge samples up to a value of £5.00.  Any sample requests with a value of £5.00 or over will be invoiced at the plain stock price.  Credit will be given against the sample if the bulk order is placed or if the sample is returned in a usable condition, in the original packaging, within 28 days of invoice. All samples will be sent out by first class post, unless otherwise requested in writing. If a different service is requested, the carriage charge will be added to the samples order (DPD next day service at £8.95 for one box or Royal Mail Special Delivery at £6.50)>
